Material properties

Below we provide tables with the properties of some base materials that were used for the fabrication of micro/nano-textured surfaces in the framework of the HARMoNIC project

* UiO-66 is comprised of Zr6O4(OH)4 octahedra that are 12-fold connected to adjacent octahedra through a 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (BDC) linker, resulting in a highly packed fcc structure.
